Come Vote November 8th to allow Medical and Recreational Grow Farms in Frankfort, Maine. Learn more about how to get involved and Vote "YES" on our survey.


My name is Eric Espinosa. I am a retired 23 year veteran of Law Enforcement. We need your support to Vote on the opt-in to the State Mandated regulations for cannabis facilities in Frankfort, Maine. Please fill out your contact information on our Supporters List page. You'll be contacted on when to Vote. By completing our Supporters List you'll be include in our Frankfort community and social events.


Together we can get this Vote passed, but we need your support. Contact all your friends to register to Vote and have them come to our website and register their contact information on our Supporters List page.


If you are not registered to Vote, you can register to Vote on November 8th at the polls. Just ensure to bring your State issued Identification and you can register the day of the Vote. My suggestion is register to Vote before November 8th at Frankfort Town Hall.


These facility will bring new jobs to the Frankfort area and we will give preference to Frankfort residences first applying for positions.


This Vote to adopted and enacted pursuant to the Maine Constitution, Article VIII, Part Second, 30-A M.R.S. § 3001 et seq., and 28-B M.R.S. § 402.


This Vote does not relieve a person of the obligation to comply with all other applicable state or local laws, rules and ordinances.
